Going for broke?
The same builder who brought new price records to East Elm Street for condominiums has listed a single family home at 110 E. Elm at $8.5 million. I'm dubious but if I had his business acumen I wouldn't be working at my advanced old age, so I wish him well and good luck.

Do you know how space/amenities compare with the other houses in the area with $7 plus millions price tags?

I'm waiting to see the price put on the one-family going up on the west side of Milbank just south of Lewis . . . expecting our first $10 million house in downtown . . . gasp.
