If at first you don't succeed...
15 Sidney Lanier Lane first went on the market in May 2006 asking $7.8 million. It didn't sell even though it was eventually reduced to $6.2 million and was taken off the market a year later. Now it's back, asking $6.595. Good luck.

Any idea why a street in Greenwich is named after a relatively obscure musician and poet from Macon, Georgia?

I believe after Lanier's death his wife and sons lived in Greenwich.
