Offensive because I think a real estate agent's customer should be able to trust that she's getting good advice, not a disguised sales pitch. Or at least, that's my opinion.

What makes you think I'm not suspicious already? Everywhere I go, someone either knows a "good" realtor or is one. The whole business is fraught with landmines. And I thought it was going to be simple!
