- I am, after twenty years, a non-practicing lawyer and glad of it. I am the author of The New Millionaire's Handbook (Andrews/Mcmeal 2000, Greenwich Mean Time (2006) and several equally funny (he said) unpublished novels and screenplays. For the past six years or so I've been selling real estate in Greenwich, Ct and, while that wasn't exactly the career I envisioned when I was a starry-eyed law school graduate, it seems to pay the bills far better than lawyering ever did, with no stress. Good deal.

Mostly, you'll find information about Greenwich real estate in this blog but I do have other interests and, because I think what our politicians do can severely affect the economy and real estate values, I often jump the shark. ROFLOL - I was that reader...this wasn't what I had in mind... but better than what I will eventually get. My question was in reference to your promised for figures around declining rents in the Greenwich market.
You know, I just today received the MLS's quarterly sales report and it doesn't list rentals - which sucks. I hear that more people are looking for rentals but what I see on the daily hot sheets are price cuts for rentals, not completed transactions. I'll see what i can pull from the records myself and get you some sort of report.
By the way - if you Google "female image' in Google's images section you'll find much more interesting pictures none of which, alas, are suitable for this blog. But I appreciate your giving me an excuse to look for them!
